Overview

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business operations.

All cancellations must be made through our official channels
Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation
Processing time: 10-15 working days (depending on Razorpay / bank etc.)
Where the part-payment option is offered, a 30% advance confirms the booking and the 70% balance is due before or at the start of the trip
GST is not charged separately; the price shown at checkout is the total payable
No-show policy: Full amount may be forfeited if guest fails to arrive without notice
